Sarah specialises in intellectual property, contract and commercial law. Sarah has particular experience in drafting and negotiating software licenses as well as app development and marketing contracts. She also has experience in drafting and negotiating other commercial agreements within the technology and digital media sector, including film finance.
Sarah graduated with a first class degree from University College London before training and qualifying as a solicitor. Sarah joined Hansel Henson in October 2016, having previously spent five years in the London office of the San Francisco based firm Morrison & Foerster.
