Specialising in intellectual property, contract and commercial law, Tom is an expert in the areas of intellectual property protection, contract negotiations and regulatory issues. He has a particular, although not exclusive, focus on the media and technology sector with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by this audience and the various media and platforms they develop and exploit.

Described in the Legal 500 as “excellent”, Tom brings his considerable experience and knowledge to bear on issues and disputes around identifying, protecting, owning, exploiting and enforcing intellectual property rights and negotiating and interpreting commercial contracts of all kinds together with general legal/commercial due diligence for a range of business-related matters from initial product launch through to investment and business sale.
