Sarah Podesta is a specialist in commercial and competition law with a strong track record advising on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, developing practical risk management, compliance and training programmes, and advising on competition and consumer protection matters, including pricing and marketing laws. Sarah also supports clients on governance and company secretarial matters.

Sarah holds professional qualifications in risk management (IRM) and corporate governance (CGI UK/IRL), alongside a Master’s degree in Health Policy. Having trained with Linklaters, her career has spanned both private practice and senior in-house roles at Vodafone, Bayer Pharma, Asda, and Arla Foods. Since 2019, Sarah has worked as a consultant solicitor, providing fractional, interim and project-based support to clients in a diverse range of industries.
