Cathy Baxandall is a highly experienced and versatile General Counsel and Company Secretary with a distinguished career advising Boards across FTSE-listed, private and charitable sectors. Her practice focuses on providing corporate governance, regulatory and commercial advice to senior leadership teams, often on a fractional or outsourced basis, both as sole General Counsel, and Head of Legal managing a team.

Cathy combines strong legal acumen with real-world boardroom experience, having operated at executive level across manufacturing and services businesses and as director/trustee on charitable boards, mainly in the arts and education sectors.

Past roles have seen her operate as trusted adviser to Boards (private and FTSE-listed) and as a member of senior management with strategic responsibilities.
