Sarah Lee KC specializes in Competition, Regulatory Law, EU and Public Law. She is also a qualified Mediator.
Sarah specialises in all aspects of competition and regulatory law. She has recently been instructed in various regulatory matters concerning utilities and trade and acts for both government/regulators and private clients.  Particular areas of focus include State aid and subsidy law, breaches of Chapter 2 of the Competition Act 1998, price controls and regulatory conditions, margin squeeze, price discrimination and tying, trade and trade remedy matters and EU law. She is experienced in commercial and regulatory judicial review, regulatory enforcement and in private damages actions. Sarah has previously acted for BT on a stream of regulatory challenges, including a successful challenge to a price control and to a non-SMP condition (at each stage, from the Competition Appeal Tribunal up to the Supreme Court.
She is familiar with a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, energy, pharmaceuticals, insurance and public procurement and has a wide Commercial Law  and EU Law background. She undertakes both advisory work and advocacy for private and public clients.
