Sarah Dyke

Sarah is a partner in the Banking and Finance department of the Firm's London office specializing in asset finance. Sarah has broad domestic and cross-border asset finance experience and acts for UK and overseas financiers, banks, leasing companies, lessees, airlines, borrowers, high-net-worth individuals and family offices. She specializes in:

financing and leasing of commercial aircraft, corporate jets, helicopters as well as advising on defaulting borrowers and lessees, repossession and restructuring of deals;

construction and delivery financing, and leasing and sale and purchase of vessels;

financing, and sale and purchase of assets such as aircraft and super yachts involving high-net-worth individuals;

all types of leasing and financing involving assets in transport, infrastructure, energy, medical equipment, plant and machinery, equipment, media, IT and telecommunications;

general asset finance work including receivables financing, invoice discounting and factoring.
