- Aircraft finance and leasing - we advise a number of the world's leading airlines on their aircraft procurement and financing projects, as well as manufacturers, aircraft lessors and financiers. We have experience in the full range of aircraft financing and leasing structures, including operating lease and sale/leaseback transactions, pre-delivery payment financings, export credit supported financings, as well as commercial debt, debt and equity, capital markets and tax-based financings.
- General asset finance - we advise banks and financiers on finance and operating leases, receivables and invoice discounting transactions and bilateral and syndicated lending transactions in respect of a wide range of assets such as medical, technology, energy and plant and machinery assets.
- We also advise on corporate jet and superyacht financings as well as other private wealth products for private wealth banks and also for high net worth individuals.
