In 1996, Sangeeta founded Sim & San, transforming a bold vision into a powerhouse IP law firm that now stands as a trusted name globally. Her leadership has steered the firm through decades of evolution, handling high-stakes portfolios for some of the world’s most recognizable brands- spanning FMCG, technology, hospitality, automotive, and e-commerce- including Coke, Pernod Ricard, Nestle, Mars, MakeMyTrip, Cars24, BharatPe, Dabur Group, to name a few.

As a practicing Patent Agent, Sangeeta’s expertise extends across trade marks, patents, designs, and copyright. But what truly sets her apart is her ability to combine legal mastery with strategic foresight. She’s built an extensive global network, collaborating with over 200 foreign associates across Europe, North America, Latin America, and Southeast Asia - helping international brands navigate India’s complex IP landscape with confidence.
