Sam is a Partner in and head of the firm London Pensions team, whose practice encompasses a wide range of pensions matters, advising corporates, trustees, providers and other pensions stakeholders.

Sam has broad knowledge in the pensions buy out field and in the associated areas of benefit design and liability management, as well as on the pensions aspects of corporate activity.

Career

Sam joined the firm as an Associate in 2003 and made Partner in 2013. She has been the Global Co-Managing Partner for the Employment, Pensions & Incentives group since May 2022.

Sam is an active member of the Association of Pensions Lawyers . She is also a Trustee for United for Global Mental Health.
