Sam’s main areas of practice are employment, public law and inquiries, clinical negligence and product liability. He is an expert in issues of private international law, which cut across these practice areas.
Sam read law at the University of Warwick (LLB) and the University of Cambridge (LLM). He is an experienced advocate who is frequently instructed in substantial matters, both as sole counsel at trial and as part of a team. Sam is also experienced at examining witnesses in inquiry proceedings, having done so as junior counsel to the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry.
