Gareth has significant group litigation experience and handles all manner of claims, including consumer, environmental, data privacy and medical product actions.

Previous instructions include: the VW NOx Emissions Litigation; the British Airways Data Event Litigation, and group litigation against Ticketmaster.

Current instructions include the Mercedes NOx Emissions Litigation and litigation against a number of other diesel vehicle manufacturers including BMW and VW; medical products litigation including the Essure Medical Products Litigation and the JJML SUI and POP Products Litigation (against numerous manufacturers of trans-vaginal mesh). He is also instructed in a number of data privacy matters, including claims against Equifax, and several other household names.
