Sam has acted on a number of high profile corporate restructurings in Northern Ireland in recent years. Sam is also an adept litigator and specialises in advising financial institutions and banks on financial services and insolvency related litigation.
Sam actively prosecutes and defends many litigation cases at the Commercial Court and Chancery Court in Northern Ireland.

•KPMG as special liquidators of IBRC - the largest, most complex insolvency on the island of Ireland

•Bank of Ireland, First Trust, Ulster Bank, Danske, Santander and Lloyds, on contentious litigation
•Distressed loan purchasers on variety of restructuring/enforcement matters
