Experience Advising:
- The Northern Ireland Investment Fund in relation to development finance facilities being provided in respect of a new 90 bedroom hotel and restaurant at Ebrington Square, Derry.
- A large Northern Irish based corporate entity on its refinancing and negotiation of new working capital facilities with FGI Finance, and amendment of its existing mezzanine facilities with European Investment Bank.
- Ulster Bank Ireland DAC/The Royal Bank of Scotland plc in relation to the NI aspects of its managed exit from the Irish market including advising on various loan portfolio sales.
- Grafton Group plc on the NI aspects of its revolving credit facilities with multiple lenders.
- Syndicate of lenders on the portfolio financing and day to day assistance to the Agent in respect of the 77MW NI4 windfarms.
- A major UK based telecommunications group of companies in relation to a multi-jurisdictional senior and mezzanine refinancing and ongoing advice to the group in respect lender consents to acquisitions of target companies and accession to the existing facilities.
- Danske Bank in relation to the amendment and restatement of a large revolving credit facility with a NI utility provider.
- Multiple securitisation transactions as Northern Ireland local counsel instructed by City of London firms, dealing with all Northern Ireland transaction documents and due diligence coordination.
