His expertise spans across the courts and arbitration institutions at all levels. Mr. Ma is deeply involved in the legal aspects of corporate governance and risk control. His strengths lie in corporate compliance and resolving company deadlock issues, and he provides long-term services to numerous multinational companies and top 500 global enterprises.

马赛律师是博和汉商破产管理人团队的主管合伙人之一，并担任上海市破产管理人协会破产清算业务研究委员会委员、维权与监督委员会委员，在执业期间主导并参与多家企业的清算、裁员及重组案件。

Furthermore, Mr. Ma serves as one of the managing partners of BOHE & HANSEN Insolvency Administrator and is a member of the Shanghai Insolvency Administrator Rights Protection and Supervision Committee. In these roles, he leads and resolves cases related to liquidation, reconstruction, and layoffs.

马赛律师亦长期为政府部门提供法律服务，在行政诉讼尤其是与金融监管相关的行政案件中有着深入的实务研究。马赛律师受上海市普陀区人民政府的聘请，担任上海市普陀区行政复议委员会委员，参与疑难复议案件的审议。

Mr. Ma also offers ongoing legal counsel to assist local governments in administrative litigation and financial supervision functions. He is a member of the Administrative Reconsideration Committee of Putuo District in Shanghai and adeptly handles complex cases.
