Career: Sacha worked as Chief Prosecutor of the Fiscal Attorney's Office of the State of Minas Gerais and as Federal Judge.

Education: He holds an LLB (1965) from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais, and a PhD (1981) from the University of Minas Gerais.

Academic credentials, speaking engagements, etc: Sacha has an extensive and meaningful career in the academic field. He has been a professor for over 30 years at the University of Minas Gerais. Also, he was a professor of tax law at the University of Rio de Janeiro.
