Career
Ryan is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Service Line, where he focuses on patent litigation, patent prosecution, and trademark matters. He represents companies of all sizes, helping them navigate challenges and safeguard their intellectual property. Ryan assists clients in securing patents from the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, defending against patent infringement claims, and enforcing patent rights.
A seasoned litigator, Ryan has handled both patent litigation and prosecution across a wide range of technologies, including wireless communications, semiconductor devices, signal processing, digital and analog circuit design, imaging, and networking. He has represented clients before various federal district courts, the International Trade Commission, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and in post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial & Appeal Board.
Ryan earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his B.S., cum laude, in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.
