Ruxandra joined Rizoiu & Asociații in 2025 and was immediately involved in complex regulatory projects involving major players in the Fintech, Banking and Energy sectors.

Ruxandra graduated in 2024 from the Faculty of Law at Babeș-Bolyai University, with a thesis titled “The Registration of Possession in the Land Book – The Theoretical Extravaganza of a Pragmatic Solution”. In the same year, she passed the admission exam for the Bucharest Bar. Currently, Ruxandra is pursuing a Master’s program in Private Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest.

Throughout her studies, Ruxandra focused on areas such as real estate, property registration and contracts, being fascinated by their complexity. The experiences gained through internships at law firms and her hands-on experience in the banking sector have given her the opportunity to deepen her theoretical knowledge while gaining valuable insights into the practical challenges.
