Rareș is an Associate lawyer at Rizoiu & Associatii, where he joined as an intern while still an undergraduate student. From the outset, he has been involved in both litigation and advisory work.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Bucharest, Rareș continued his academic training, completing a master's degree in "Private Law" at the same institution. Currently, since October 2025, he has been a Ph.D. student at the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, specializing in civil procedural law.

Through his collaboration with Rizoiu & Associates, Rareș has gained experience in legal advisory by drafting corporate documents, performing due diligence analyses, and advising companies on their strategic business decisions. His work in the field of litigation includes preparing pre-litigation documents, drafting procedural documents, and representing clients before public authorities and national courts.

His professional activity is focused on litigation, with extensive experience covering several areas of practice. Rareș handles civil and commercial cases, administrative litigation, banking law cases (with a focus on phishing fraud and unfair terms), insolvency cases, as well as real estate and construction cases.
