Ruben Pescara

Ruben Pescara, who is a Founding Partner of NUNZIANTE MAGRONE, is the Head of the firm’s Real Estate team.

He assists both Italian and international investors in their acquisition and dismissal transactions, in share deals and joint ventures, in development projects (design, construction management and construction contracts) and in the lease and management of their assets and portfolios (asset-, property- and facility-management contracts, lease agreements, etc.).

Ruben’s work sees him providing counsel to clients operating in a vast array of sectors within the industry, including those operating in the areas of office, residential, hospitality and commercial properties (including high-street properties, shopping malls and retail parks), assisting clients both in transactions and on the day-by-day management.

Ruben currently sits on the board of the AmTrust Assicurazioni Sp.A., an insurance company, and is a member of several supervisory boards appointed pursuant to Italian decree no. 231 of 2001.
