Roberto Donnini, who is a Founding Partner of NUNZIANTE MAGRONE, advises both national and international companies on a wide range of corporate law, corporate finance law and securities law. Among his clients are both SMEs and public (listed) companies.
He is particularly focused on strategic corporate transactions, both domestic and cross-border, including acquisitions of minority or majority shareholdings or businesses, extraordinary corporate transactions such as mergers, demergers, public tender offers and joint venture agreements.
His expertise spans from both domestic to cross-border transactions.
Roberto brings a strong international experience to the table after having worked for Italian, US and global law firms during his career: he knows how to reconcile and implement the needs of international standards of corporate transactions and the expectations of Italian parties involved in such transactions.
He has been recognised by Chambers for his Corporate M&A practice for almost 10 years (2017 – 2026). In 2025 Roberto was also recognised by Lexology Index (formerly Who’s Who Legal) also for his work in this area.
