Ross specialises in cohabitation and divorce, managing financial disputes and settlements involving complex issues, freezing injunctions, business interests, pre-marital wealth, pensions, trusts, and the dissipation or concealment of marital assets.

Additionally, Ross handles disputes concerning children including issues surrounding relocating within this country or overseas, contesting allegations of domestic abuse, and protecting victims of coercive control and abuse. He also works on domestic abuse cases and injunctions.

Ross is also the deputy head of Goughs' Private Wealth sector, aiming provide expert advice to high-net-worth individuals, particularly in connection with pre and post nuptial agreements, and cohabitation agreements.

Career

Ross joined Goughs as a trainee solicitor and since qualifying, Ross has worked his way up from solicitor to associate, senior associate and in 2020 he became a partner.
