Rosa Parmose specializes in capital markets transactions, SEC reporting and disclosure matters and general corporate governance counseling. She has been assisting both Italian and international issuers and underwriters on various SEC-registered and private securities offerings, including initial public offerings, with a particular focus on aspects related to U.S. securities laws.

Rosa joined the firm in 2018. From 2018 to 2020, she was resident in the New York office.
