Rogier specialises in international commercial arbitration and litigation. He acts as counsel and arbitrator in, and advises on, a range of commercial disputes and investment claims, notably M&A, joint venture and finance disputes. He has experience in dealing with matters under most of the leading arbitration institutes' rules and major arbitration laws.
Rogier holds a degree in Law & Economics (University of London) and Civil Law (University of Leiden). In 2011, Rogier was seconded to Royal Philips Electronics and conducted a review for its DR strategy. Currently, Rogier sits on the ICC Court of Arbitration.
