Overview

Provided by Enhance Arbitration

Enhance Arbitration is a specialist arbitration firm. We strive relentlessly to deliver truly enhanced services in arbitrated disputes: as advocates, arbitrators and advisors. This entails: high value added; efficiency, also through an effective support function; cutting waste, strong know-how foundations, business acumen and deep bench strength.

The firm commenced operations on 1 July 2025. We are the continuation of the arbitration practice built at Van Doorne N.V. The entire team and all clients moved to this independent platform.

Since 1 July 2025, the firm has grown in terms of client base and team members, adding a US-qualified associate per 1 January 2026 and a counsel per 1 February 2026. This has been widely reported in the industry press. The team has deep experience in international arbitration and related court proceedings (including annulment and enforcement). We have acted under almost all of the main international arbitration rules, including UNCITRAL, NAI, ICC, DIS, LCIA, SICA, ISCID and SCC Rules.

We are active contributors to many industry bodies, including at the NAI, DIS and ICC. The latter involves co-chairing the ICC's Working Group on Expedited Arbitration, the DIS Council and the NAI Advisory Council.

Enhance Arbitration provides 24/7/365 specialist services and has a focus on the energy; transport; medical life sciences and pharma; investment arbitration; and construction sectors. You may contact us via email or whatsapp (the latter via our website).
