Career

Rodrigo is a naming partner of MBZ Advogados, developing activities in the areas of contract and corporate law, with emphasis on negotiation and structuring of contracts and investments in the national and international level, including legal advice on mergers and acquisitions, energy, corporate restructuring, financial markets, structured transactions, joint ventures and projects of origination and export of commodities, having advised on several of the most important transactions in southern Brazil.

Rodrigo is also engaged in the strategic development of certain economy sectors, acting in the pro-bono legal advice of the Caldeira Institute's initiatives, a non-profit technological hub founded by several of the region's leading business players, and holding the position of deputy member of the audit committee at the Renewable Energy Industry Union of Rio Grande do Sul.

Rodrigo holds a Law Degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and a MBA from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
