Career

Maurício is a partner of MBZ since 2015 and has provided consultancy over the years to a broad spectrum of companies and individuals.

Over the course of years, he has successfully planned local and international group reorganizations related with IPOs, SPAC investments and joint ventures. He also represents clients in M&A deals and helps local and multinational corporations organize their businesses in a tax-effective way under the Brazilian Law in a variety of sectors, including agribusiness, banking, energy, real estate and technology.

Maurício also provides individuals consultancy in strategic tax planning with regards to Brazilian and international wealth management. He also acts as a fiscal counsel of charitable associations in the South of Brazil.
