Career
Carlos Klein Zanini is a founding and naming partner of MBZ Advogados. He advises Brazilian and foreign clients in a wide range of corporate matters. Zanini has closed several relevant commercial law deals and M&A transactions in southern Brazil. He is ranked as Band 1 in corporate/commercial by Chambers since 2015. Zanini regularly represents clients in complex corporate and finance litigations and arbitration proceedings. As a relevant part of his practice Zanini acts as a trusted advisor to well established family offices.
