Rodrigo Madero is a prominent legal professional in Mexico, who obtained his Law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in 2008, achieving an outstanding score in the General Knowledge Exam of CENEVAL. His academic training continued with a Master's degree in "Proceso Penal Acusatorio. Juicio Oral" at INDEPAC from July 2010 to July 2012. He also pursued a Master's degree in "Juicio de Amparo y Sistema Acusatorio" at the same institute from February to November 2020, and a Specialization in Sistema Acusatorio from February to December 2021.
Rodrigo has actively participated in numerous conferences and forums related to the accusatory criminal procedure, consolidating his reputation in the field of contemporary criminal law. Throughout his career, Madero has acquired relevant certifications, including those awarded by the Latin American Bar Association in oral criminal litigation and in interrogation within the framework of the Código Nacional de Procedimientos Penales of Mexico.
His dedication to continuous education and professional excellence has led him to become an active member of the Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados, A.C. since 2008. In this institution, he has served as Assistant Secretary of the Young Lawyers Commission, reflecting his commitment to the practice of law and the development of new generations of lawyers.
Rodrigo Madero's professional experience is extensive and varied. In 2010, he founded his own firm, Islas, Moya, Salinas y Madero, S.C., which has distinguished itself in the field of criminal law in the Federal District and other entities in Mexico. His focus encompasses areas such as federal criminal law, tax and financial law, as well as criminal amparo.
Madero Mesa has also excelled in the academic realm, serving as the instructor for the course "Delitos en Particular" at the Universidad Anáhuac México Sur, where he contributes to the training of new professionals in the field of criminal law. Through his publications in the magazine "Foro de la Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados," he has shared his knowledge and experiences, enriching the legal debate in the country.
