Rocío Vergara Aguilar

Rocío has focused her practice on commercial law, corporate law, regulated markets, compliance and consumer law, among others.

She has experience advising on matters pertaining to the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, medical devices, food, forestry and biotechnology markets, among others.

She also advises companies on compliance matters, mainly in the implementation of crime prevention models and compliance programs, the design and development of corporate policies and the instruction of internal investigations.
