Litigation and Arbitration.
Liat has focused her practice on the resolution of domestic and international disputes, both in arbitration proceedings and before courts of justice and sectoral agencies. Her experience includes handling cases administered by ICSID, the Permanent Court of Arbitration, the ICC International Court of Arbitration, and CAM Santiago, among others.
She is an arbitrator on the Young Arbitrators Roster of CAM Santiago and a member of the roster of arbitrators of the Courts of Appeals of Santiago and San Miguel.
She is a member of the Executive Council of Women in Dispute Resolution (WDR) and serves on the Board of Experts of the Chilean Bar Association. She was an international associate at Three Crowns LLP, London, England (2018–2019).
In 2019, Liat was admitted to practice as a lawyer in the state of New York, United States. She is a member of the Club Español del Arbitraje and the Chilean Bar Association.
