Rochelle’s transactional practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, real estate transactions, and general corporate matters. She manages mergers and acquisitions for local, regional and national clients and advises clients on both regulatory and transactional securities law matters, including both exempt and non-exempt transactions under federal and state securities laws. Rochelle works closely with real estate developers to efficiently and strategically implement a practical approach to a deal. Her experience includes the drafting of complex transaction documents, LIHTC, NMTC and Opportunity Zone Funds leasing, and financing matters.
