Career
Bob is primarily involved in commercial real estate acquisition, development and financing transactions. His real estate practice involves the representation of institutional lenders, real estate developers and investors in real estate finance, acquisition and development transactions. His transactional experience includes representation of commercial mortgage lenders and commercial and residential developers in connection with acquisition, entitlement and development of mixed use and multifamily projects; creating a variety of structures for ownership and operation of both commercial and residential projects, including horizontal property regimes, condominiums, owners associations and other ancillary governing documentation. Bob represents a number of title insurance companies and is involved in commercial lease negotiations, representing both landlords and tenants. He is a member of the American Land Title Association, a member of the Tennessee Land Title Association, and a Fellow in the American College of Mortgage Attorneys.
