Work Highlights
• Appointed trustee in the insolvencies of Conservatrix and GINAF Trucks. Represented the Conservatrix bankruptcy trustees in landmark arbitration and enforcement proceedings, seeking over €215 million in damages from a former shareholder, and successfully acted in cassation proceedings before the Dutch Supreme Court involving a €150 million penalty award.
• Led the GINAF Trucks insolvency, achieving a successful restart and sale to an international investor.
