Robert has extensive experience with various forms of financing, derivatives transactions and related regulation. Recently he has been focusing on dispute resolution. Robert has represented financial institutions and corporations in disputes, settlement negotiations and administrative proceedings. His recent work includes disputes from derivatives trades heard by court and in arbitration proceedings, sanction proceedings by the Czech National Bank, settlement regarding environmental damage and participation in a creditors' committee in insolvency proceedings involving a dispute for damages against the debtor's sole member.
