Career

Bob Lang is a partner in Holland & Knight's Tampa office and a member of the firm’s Private Wealth Services Practice Group. Mr. Lang actively participates with and is a leader in the Florida Private Wealth Dispute Resolution Group. His primary area of practice involves fiduciary dispute resolution as well as litigation affecting contested trusts, estates and guardianships. Mr. Lang has experience handling sensitive, high-value, as well as noteworthy cases in his field. For example, Mr. Lang was admitted to appear pro hac vice in the New York County Surrogate's Court and served as a key member of the jury trial team propounding and defending the Will of Huguette Clark, in the matter of The Estate of Huguette M. Clark, File No. 1995 - 1375A. Mr. Lang has also previously been admitted to appear pro hac vice in Los Angeles, California.
