Robert Becher

Robert Becher has represented plaintiffs and defendants in their most important business litigation and arbitration matters for over twenty-seven years. He is also the Chair of Quinn Emanuel’s nationally recognized Cannabis Litigation Practice Group. He has successfully litigated a broad range of cases, including shareholder litigation, directors and officers litigation, derivative litigation, merger and acquisition litigation, private equity disputes, and trade secret litigation. Over the course of his career, he has obtained recoveries in excess of one billion dollars.

Rob also has extensive experience representing clients in domestic arbitrations. He has served as lead counsel in arbitrations administered by JAMS, the American Arbitration Association, FINRA, the International Center for Dispute Resolution, the International Chamber of Commerce and other arbitral bodies.
