Olga Vieira

Olga Vieira is co-managing partner of the firm’s Miami office. Olga is a seasoned trial lawyer handling bet-the-company disputes for top global clients. Olga’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and mass torts.

Olga recently obtained dismissal of a purported consumer class action on behalf of General Motors. She was named “Litigator of the Week” by The AmLaw Litigation Daily for her work securing an injunction against the State of Florida barring enforcement of a Florida statute which prohibited her client, Norwegian Cruise Lines, from requiring vaccine documentation. She was also recognized by The Best Lawyers in America for Commercial Litigation.

Olga is well-known to the bench and bar in South Florida, having litigated in the area since 2006. Her deep Miami roots and community leadership roles benefit her clients as they navigate the litigation process or local business environment.
