Mr. Ritesh Kumar is a Senior Partner with close to three decades of experience in complex dispute resolution, domestic and international arbitration, insolvency and restructuring, white-collar crime and criminal litigation, and strategic legal advisory. Before joining the Firm, he served as President and General Counsel (Dispute Resolution and Litigation) at the Indiabulls Group, where he led litigation strategy across the Group and handled high-value commercial disputes, regulatory proceedings, and other complex contentious matters across diverse sectors.

Mr. Kumar regularly represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts across the country, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), National Company Law Tribunals (NCLTs), Appellate Tribunal under Prevention of Money Laundering Act, arbitral tribunals, and other judicial and regulatory forums. His experience includes proceedings under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as well as international arbitrations.

He advises financial institutions, multinational corporations, investment funds, real estate developers, infrastructure companies, and other leading businesses on complex and high-value disputes.
