Mr. Ankit Rajgarhia is a Partner having over 14 years of experience in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, arbitration, and strategic advisory. Prior to joining the Firm, he practised with Karanjawala & Co., where he gained significant experience in handling complex and high-value litigation across a wide range of sectors.

Mr. Rajgarhia regularly represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), the National Green Tribunal (NGT), the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), and other judicial and specialised forums. His practice spans civil and commercial litigation, writ petitions, including tender-related disputes, domestic and international arbitration, contractual disputes, employment and labour matters, and real estate and infrastructure disputes.

He advises corporates, developers, businesses, and individual clients on complex commercial disputes and regulatory matters. With extensive experience in both litigation and arbitration, represents clients in high-stakes matters across multiple forums.
