Rita is a partner in our Finance and Capital Markets practices.

In her finance practice, Rita advises financial institutions, borrowers, issuers, and underwriters in a broad range of debt and equity deals. She has been involved in several high-profile corporate financings and initial public offerings, including in the listing of two Macau gaming operators with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

On her financial regulatory practice, Rita’s experience includes advising on the licensing of banks and other financial service providers, as well as on all aspects of financial regulation, with a particular focus on the registering and distributing of new financial products in the market.
