Francisco is a partner and the head of the Dispute Resolution practice. He has more than 20 years of experience advising clients in a broad range of high-stakes disputes and is widely recognized as a leading litigator.
He represents local and international companies and individuals in high-profile corporate and commercial disputes, as well as in property and construction litigation, commercial disputes and bankruptcy proceedings.
Francisco frequently acts as local counsel to multi-jurisdictional teams handling complex cross-border litigation. His experience includes international arbitrations, disputes based in offshore jurisdictions, discovery proceedings and confirmation of foreign judgments.
He currently serves as a member of MdME’s Board of Directors.
