Dick Prentke has four decades of experience with construction transactions, counseling and dispute resolution. His work includes preconstruction, design, consultant, construction-management, design-bid-build, design-build, design-build-operate, and EPC transactions; advice on all aspects of the design, procurement, and construction process; and dispute resolution, including alternative dispute resolution and litigation of construction, procurement, and technical issues. Dick has worked on public and private construction projects in the United States, Asia and Africa, including office buildings, manufacturing and warehouse facilities, energy projects, hotels, retail, and mixed-use projects, apartments and condominiums, sports facilities and concert halls, tunnels, light rail and roads, and schools and universities.
