Mr. Sarver tries complex cases to juries nationwide focusing on environmental, drug and medical device, product liability and oil and gas. He serves as national trial counsel for Johnson & Johnson in the nationwide Xarelto litigation and won defense verdicts in Louisiana and Mississippi. He also won jury verdicts in Dallas and Chicago for DePuy Synthes for two different hip implants. Mr. Sarver successfully represented CITGO Petroleum in cases stemming from the second largest oil spill in the continental U.S. He also served as lead counsel for the welding industry in national MDL trials, and won defense verdicts in every welding case, including 10 plaintiffs in 3 different states.
Mr Sarver is a founding Member of Barrasso Usdin and a former trial attorney for the US Department of Justice. He has served as lead trial counsel in jury trials in thirteen different states and as lead attorney in more than 100 jury trials.
