Rich advises mid-market and large-cap companies in domestic and international acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. Understanding how a transaction fits into the client’s business plan enables him to pragmatically identify and mitigate transaction-related risks and increase the likelihood that the transaction is not only efficiently and cost-effectively completed, but that it also ultimately achieves the client’s business objectives. That kind of understanding requires a long-term investment in getting to know each client’s business. He has been a trusted advisor to most of his clients for over a decade, and is a frequent participant in internal client training programs.
