Richard Allen

Richard’s practice covers a broad spectrum of advisory and contentious work , including commercial arbitration, international investment arbitration, commercial litigation and both public and private international law. Richard advises clients from a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on conventional and renewable energy, commodities and aviation.

Aside from representing clients in litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings, Richard regularly advises clients on their obligations under domestic, regional and global regulatory and reporting regimes, including in the fields of environment, climate change, sustainability and human rights.
