Ricardo is the head of the areas of Energy and Infrastructure. His work comprises Mergers and Acquisitions, regulatory and financing, advising national and international companies, investors, financial institutions, among others, on operations related to Mergers and Acquisitions, joint ventures, infrastructure, project financing, concessions, PPPs and regulatory aspects. He also assists in negotiating structured transactions, guarantees, equipment supply and project contracts. Additionally, Ricardo focuses on compliance and investigations, helping national and international companies comply with national and international anticorruption laws and manage risks. Ricardo holds a specialization in Corporate Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP).
