Recognized as highly specialized in agribusiness themes by top publications and law rankings, he is considered a leader advisor wih clients of agroindustry chain and financial and capital markets. Acts in a centralized way by focusing on integrated solutions and risk mitigation with an economy view of the activity. Represents important supply and inputs companies in barter structures and works with top financial institutions on banking market through debt structures and trading finance, especially by developing the principal securitization structures on the sector.

On the development of his activities, participates in national and international strategic forums and maintains close relationship with regulation organs, ministers and agribusiness studies center. He is professor of B3 Educação / Instituto Educacional BM&F Bovespa and coordinates the course of Agribusiness Law at Insper. He is also invited professor of Commercial Law at PUC/SP. He is member of Insurance, Commercialization and Credit Chamber of Ministry of Agriculture, Husbandry and Supply. Finally, he is arbitrator of Arbitration and Mediation Chamber at Brazilian Rural Society (CARB), of Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration Chamber at Rio Grande do Sul Industries Center (CIERGS) and president of Law Matters Commission at Brazilian Agribusiness Association (ABAG).
