Nancy Gombossy de Melo Franco

With legal practice focused on the agribusiness sector, Nancy has more than 20 years of experience working in strategic litigation, advisory and contracts involving the entire agribusiness chain, from the purchase and sale of commodities, rural leasing and partnerships, sector-specific guarantees, logistics, agrarian law, possession, contractual, and rural real estate. Nancy improved her knowledge in the sector and the vision of her clients' needs in secondment in renowned agribusiness companies, supporting the management and legal directors. Nominated in the list of arbitrators of the Chamber of Agribusiness of the Brazilian Rural Society – SRB, she is also the author and co-author of articles of interest to the agribusiness sector and is invited to lectures and classes in her area of expertise. She is a permanent member of the Agribusiness Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Chapter - OAB/SP.
