Regina heads Rajah & Tann Singapore’s Financial Institutions Group, a highly specialist advisory practice in the area of financial services.

Regina provides key support to legal counsels and compliance professionals in banks, financial intermediaries, trading firms, investment advisers, insurance companies, lenders, payment solutions providers and other financial firms on legal and regulatory issues arising from their business and product lines including in relation to securities, futures, commodities, foreign exchange, derivatives and other investment products. Regina has also been involved in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and other transactional matters, as well as investigations and enforcement matters relating to financial institutions.
