Jack specialises in project development and financing. Jack has significant experience advising on the development and financing of infrastructure projects. He has a keen interest in the energy sector and has advised on an extensive range of renewable energy matters. Jack also has broad experience advising lenders and borrowers on a variety of financing transactions, including acquisition financing, project financing, trade financing, alternative financing, derivatives and bonds/Sukuk issuances. He has also advised on mergers & acquisitions involving project assets.

This allows him to offer clients a one-stop point providing end-to-end advice across the entire project development and financing risk spectrum (from development to operating) and lifecycle (from opportunity to exit).
